This is an encouraging report, considering how far we've fallen. We decided to give up for now ourselves, and take down our "For Sale" sign. So darn few people looking anyway, and those who are looking have a gazillion choices.
We like our little house anyway.

ps - "By early 2014, they will have climbed about 7.2 percent from 2010 levels, according to the indexes." The value and prices will never return to the unrealistic levels we had, but maybe we can regain some of what we lost?
