We finally gave up, and I called our agent just now. House prices are competing with the banks selling forclosed homes for less and less. There are just too many homes to look at in this buyers market. And out of the 3 or 4 lookers we had this past month, one realtor was a "no show - no call", which sort of added insult to injury.
But it's not all bad. We like our little house, and maybe we'll just turn into "snow birders"? someday, or whatever they call those retirees who go back and forth between the NW here and Arizona. Except we'll be going half way around the world...
