I don't think so! I've found that the times when I tell myself "I don't have time to do my meditation" (early mornings and late afternoons for over 30 years now), that's the very time I NEED to keep my routine. They're like "bookends" for my day.
And my morning walks, now approaching 2 years(?), same-o same-o.
Earlier this morning, when the "voice" started to nag, my soul/body rose up and said "it's time to walk!!"
Just like my meditation sessions sometimes, my "mind" was busy sorting through things/organizing my day? for the first 15-20 minutes of my walk. And then, in a sort of magical, gentle "whoosh", I found myself
walking...
