melting ice

Driving along in this gray, drizzly weather this morning, I was thinking I don't want go out there and walk. But as soon as I opened the car door and got out, it just felt good...
And I'm STILL finding different walking routes and different ways to go!
Today I walked south along Oakesdale Ave in Renton from the upper left hand corner in this photo.

When I reached the lower right corner, I turned back north and walked along the Springbrook trail and waterway (the gray/green line parallel to Oakesdale) back up to my car. I veered left just before the gray line loops up and under the yellow line and I walked through the marshy area there.

The ice is melting with the warmer weather and rains.
