The paper hadn't arrived yet, so I decided to go for my walk at 5:30. 27 degrees or something, and COLD! It's a damp cold here in the NW.
I remember standing at a bus stop in Boulder, Colorado once, snow on the ground and '0' degrees. Zero! But it's a dry kind of cold there?, and I wasn't that uncomfortable.
