Main window looking towards the mountains WNW (West Northwest). There will probably be some nice sunsets. There's a loft that looks down upon this area. You can see the bottom steps to the right. The space is wider than it appears in this photo.
We have a corner unit, and this window faces WSW (West Southwest). It overlooks Jones Ave, the main thoroughfare that goes around the Fuente Osmena traffic circle, leading up to the Capitol building.
This is one of the latest photos of the Fuente Osmena xmas tree where you can see the Crown Regency Hotel in the background. Ultima Residences is just this side of the hotel, set back a little bit. I got this photo from the Cebu City section of Skyscrapercity.com:
