sunrise

I have always loved sunrises and sunsets. I remember going out to a bluff overlooking the South China Sea when I was in Vietnam to watch...
Two of my top 5 sunsets were 1) when I was on a Troop ship enroute to Nam, and a sunset that seemed to last forever, stretching out over the curving horizon of the Pacific Ocean, and 2) once when I was driving my old Chevy up to Crater Lake in Oregon, and seeing the deepest, richest crimson red colors I will ever behold...

I took the first photo below from the Nathan's school parking lot this morning. You can see Mt Rainier in the background. I then drove to the bridge down by the Green River...
